1. 766 RIDGE ROAD VESTIBULE:  Located at 766 Ridge Road. 

Applicant Andrew Kaptein is requesting an area variance to allow a 31’ front setback where 75’ is required associated with the construction of an 8’ x 6.5’ front vestibule on a .25-acre parcel having SBL # 079.17-1-9 located in an CO Commercial Outdoor Storage District under Section 225-19 B(5)(a) of the Code of the Town of Webster.


766 RIDGE ROAD-SURVEY

2.   589 ADAMS ROAD FENCE:  Located at 589 Adams Road. 

Applicant Amy Holtz is requesting area variances to allow a 6’ tall fence 2’ from the southern property line and a 6’ tall fence 3’ from the northern property line where 10’ is required to repair an existing 6’ tall fence that is in disrepair on a .37-acre parcel having SBL # 063.11-2-40 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-77 C of the Code of the Town of Webster.

3.   494 WEBSTER ROAD ADDITION:  Located at 494 Webster Road. 

Applicants Keith and Beth Simpson are requesting an area variance to allow a 50’ front setback where 85’ is required associated with an addition to the existing single family dwelling on a .5-acre parcel having SBL # 065.01-1-2 located in an R-1 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-9 B 5(a)[1] of the Code of the Town of Webster.

Applicant David Waldarek is requesting an area variance to allow a 40’ front setback where 50’ is required associated with a porch and kitchen addition on a .44-acre parcel having SBL # 078.06-2-14 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-11 B of the Code of the Town of Webster.

4.  1301 MILL CREEK RUN SHED:  Located at 1301 Mill Creek Run. 

Applicant Rod Cutler is requesting an area variance to allow a 6’ setback where 15’ is required associated with the placement of a 10’ x 14’ utility shed on a .5-acre parcel having SBL # 065.13-2-89 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-48 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
