Copies of approved accident reports are available to the driver, registered owner, occupants and individuals who sustained property damage free of charge. Insurance companies and attorneys must pay a fee of $0.25 per page. Accidents reports are usually available five business days after the accident. Copies can be picked up in person at 1000 Ridge Rd, Webster, NY at the reception window. Copies of approved criminal or incident reports are available to the victim free of charge.
