1. There is a Property Under Review Sign in my neighborhood, what does that mean?

If you see one of our Town 'Property Under Review' signs in your neighborhood, that means that property is going through a review process for one of our Boards, either the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, or Town Board.

2. I received a Post Card about a Public Hearing, how do I find more information?

If you received a Town Post Card regarding an upcoming Public Hearing for a proposed project, please visit our PROPERTY UNDER REVIEW page to view project documents and submit comments.
