Applicant Allen Heidrick is requesting an area variance to allow a 7’ rear setback where 15’ is required associated with the construction of a 14’ x 14’ utility shed on a .39-acre parcel having SBL # 079.05-3-61 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-48 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

2.)   350 PHILLIPS ROAD SHED: Located at 350 Phillips Road.

Applicant Brenna Hartmann is requesting area variances to allow a 1.16’ side setback and a 3’ rear setback where 15’ is required to legalize an existing 10’ x 10’ utility shed on a .57-acre parcel having SBL # 050.04-1-77 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-48 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

3.)   1843 RIDGE ROAD JUNCTON: Located at 1843 Ridge Road Junction.

Applicant Victor Voineac is requesting a use variance to allow the conversion of an existing building into an automotive detail shop on a .46-acre parcel having SBL # 066.03-1-59 located in an LC II Low Intensity Commercial District under Section 225-16 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
