Located at 251 Burnett Road. Applicants Steven and Chris Harrington are requesting an area variance to allow a 50.5 feet front setback where 75 feet is required, for the construction of an open front porch associated with a pre-existing, non-conforming single family residence on a 1.69 acre parcel site having SBL# 050.01-1-2.112 located in a R-1 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-9 B(5)(a) of the Code of the Town of Webster.

Located at 1420 Lake Road. Applicant Christian Bieg is requesting area variances associated with the construction of a 24’ x 36’ detached garage on a 3.56 acre parcel having SBL# 036.03-1-9.1 located in a WD Waterfront Development District to allow the following: a) A 31 feet front setback, where 70 feet is required under Section 225-22 C (2)(a) and 225-10 B(6)(a)[1] of the Code of the Town of Webster. b) Proposed location of the garage is closer to the front property line than that of the rear footprint of the principal residence under Section 225-36 A(2) of the Code of the Town of Webster. c) More than one accessory structure, and one shed on any lot under Section 225-36 C of the Code of the Town of Webster.

Applicants Richard and JoAnn Metzger are requesting an area variance to allow a 45 feet setback where 50 feet is required for the construction of a 15 feet wide by 7 feet deep covered front porch addition to an existing residence on a .46 acre parcel having SBL# 065.13-2-70 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-11 B(5)(a) of the Code of the Town of Webster.

Applicant Suzanne Smiley is requesting an area variance to legalize an 18 feet by 8.5 feet front porch having a front setback of 45 feet where 50 feet is required, along with an associated 55 feet long by 4.25 feet wide stairway structure that encroaches approximately 4 feet into the Right of Way on a .40-acre parcel having SBL # 063.17-2-37 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-11 B (5)(a) of the Code of the Town of Webster.
