Applicant Pat Rickards is requesting an area variance to allow a 10’ side setback where 20’ is required associated with the construction of 28’ by 25’ attached garage addition on a .50-acre parcel having SBL # 050.03-1-29 located in an R-1 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-9 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

APPROVED W/CONDITIONS:

*IF SHED IS REPLACED IT SHOULD BE 7 FEET REAR SETBACK.

*EXISTANCE OF A 5.5 TALL FENCE, 2 FEET OFF OF NORTHERN LOT LINE 30 FEET FROM NORTHWEST PROPERTY LINE CORNER FOR LENGTH OF 32 FEET, NOT TO BE EXTENDED.
